"Perfect short stay hotel"
Great location, very clean. We weren't expecting to get any of the add ons apart from wifi, however on arrival we were informed that we had towels, toiletries, air con (which was much appreciated the weekend we stayed!) tv and hairdryer. Would definitely recommend and use again.

"Good hotel from my experience..!!"
On booking, I was a little weiry from the reviews, but, due to price and location, I went for it. The hotel outside looks shabby, and lobby not refurbished, on check in , I was put in room 510. I found the room large with a lovely new bathroom and modern shower. The room did get very warm. But was great.

"Great for a stop over or a couple of nights!"
Was in London for a few nights and stayed here. It was comfortable, clean and very close to paddington/oxford st/american embassy. I wouldn't necessary stay here for a holiday, but for a couple of nights for a place to stay it is excellent. Rooms are comfortable but this isn't the ritz!

"Super convenient hotel in central London."
This hotel is close to all the action in central London. very clean nice staff excellent beds. The only thing that I didn't like was their coffee other than that this hotel is perfect location for central London.

"Great hotel, great price and great location."
My family and I (4 total) stayed one week at Oxford Hotel two weeks ago. We were very satisfied on the location, the service and room. Yes it is small but convenient. You can walk to great restaurants, the parks and main touristic locations, or take the tube a block away. We had a great time and would come back to this hotel again in the future.

"If You're in the Know"
For Americans who aren't typical Americans when traveling, this hotel is the perfect place to stay! The location couldn't be more scenic or convenient - Hyde Park and Paddington Station steps away! The room perfectly suited our needs: decent bed, tea kettle and fresh milk, nice shower with truly hot and cold water, and opening windows. Simple yet comfortable. Historic yet modern. If you want to immerse yourself in true British digs, then The Paddington Hotel is for you!

"Wonderful cozy hotel, close to tube"
I was very happy with my stay here. Upon booking, I was concerned because I read many negative reviews, but I booked anyway because I liked the price and location. I was delightfully surprised. Now that I've stayed here, I think some of the reviewers were too critical. The staff were friendly and helpful, the wifi worked in my room, the view was beautiful and overlooked Leinster Square. The breakfast of toast, juice, cereal, milk, coffee, tea was plentiful. The shower and toilet were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Night time was quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful and the hotel very nice. We walked maybe 10-15 minutes to Kensington Palace and the Victoria and Albert Museum. We ordered in sushi and ate in our room. We loved our cozy place.

"Very nice stay"
Location is great. Service is great. The rooms are clean, and well made/maintained. The bonus was the private bath in each room. Walking distance to the Tube / Bus stations. Nice restaurants a few minutes away. A little noisy but that cant be helped given its location. Their complimentary breakfast can be improved. It consists of bread (and assorted jams), cornflakes and tea/coffee/juice.

"Excellent location"
The hotel was only a few blocks walk from Paddington station and again only a few blocks from two different Tube stations. Kensington Park and the blue bikes were close as well. Staff was very helpful and although room small it was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast ws more than sufficient. My daughter and I would stay again.
