    Our workshop starts with a welcome drink to give you a chance to have a brief chat and settle in. After that, we will taste our own Negronis, which we have been bottling and selling as bottled cocktails since 2017.
    Once we have an overview of what a Negroni is, what it is made of and how it came into being, we will move on to the second part.
    Here, we will taste various ingredients. We focus on the classic Negroni with gin, bitters and vermouth. In doing so, we learn how to combine the various ingredients and analyze which direction we should take. Then we'll try out recipes, and after 2–3 attempts, your favorite recipe will be bottled in a 500 ml bottle for you to take home.
