Gin, bitters, and vermouth - Negronis are pretty simple, right?
Our workshop kicks off with a welcome drink to chat and get settled in. Then we'll taste our own Negronis, which we've been bottling and selling as bottled cocktails since 2017.
Once we've got a good grasp of what a Negroni is, how it's made, and where it comes from, we'll move on to the next part.
Here, we'll be tasting different ingredients. We're focusing on the classic Negroni with gin, bitters, and vermouth. Here, we learn to mix the different ingredients and figure out where it's headed. Then we try out recipes, and after 2-3 tries, we bottle the favorite one in a 5dl bottle to take home.
