    • Helmets are mandatory for the zipline tour. Hairstyles may need to be pulled down or out to accommodate the helmet safely.

Up next, go solo or grab your crew and muscle up for our 14-element Gully Challenge Course adventure, the largest of its kind in the Caribbean. After your adrenaline rush, catch your breath in tranquility along the Pride of Barbados Nature Trail & Bird Aviary or head to our Green Monkey Pool, Bar & Grill to buy yourself or your friends a light snack or drink. Sip poolside or take a refreshing dip in the pool overlooking the Jack in the Box Gully. Then learn about the history of rum on the Mount Gay Experience self-guided tour.
