Day 1
Hotel pickup - Ascent via Bailong Elevator - Explore Yuanjiajie area (Avatar mountain, First Bridge under Heaven, and more, 3-hour tour) - Golden Whip Brook hike (5 km flat, cool and shaded forest trail along crystal-clear streams, 3.5-hour tour) - Tianmen Mountain (enter before the 16:00 last entry) - Return transfer to hotel.

Optional early start: The earliest entry slots for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park are 6:30–7:00 and 7:00–8:00.
Rising early helps you beat the crowds and heat. For these slots, departures from hotels near Wulingyuan East Gate require 10 minutes in advance, while downtown Zhangjiajie hotels require 40 minutes in advance.

Day 2
Hotel pickup - Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon & Glass Bridge Tour (1-hour visit on the Glass Bridge. Optional activities like zip line, slide, and bungee jump are available at your own expense. Enjoy a 2.5-hour flat walk along the stream at the canyon bottom) - 30-minute transfer, 1.5-hour lunch break - Huanglong Cave Tour (16°C inside the cave, a spectacular wonder of stalactites, 2.5-hour visit) - Return to hotel
