Zen Walk and Meditation: We will begin our route as the sun begins to set, walking along the paths that run alongside the ponds of the Salinella salt pans. Guided by the sound of nature and the sea breeze, we will practice a guided meditation session outdoors to disconnect from routine and connect with the energy of the landscape.

The Panorama: You will admire the sunset show reflected on the salt pans, transforming the water into a palette of warm colors, from pink to orange, with the Egadi Islands on the horizon.

Pane Cunzato Workshop: We will move to the garden of a typical Sicilian house, under the soft lights of twilight. Here you will take center stage! Each participant will create their own Pane Cunzato using the freshest local ingredients: Pizzutello Pacecoto tomatoes, local extra-virgin olive oil, fragrant oregano, Nubia unrefined salt, Pacecoto cheese, olives, and toasted almonds.

Food Tasting and Conviviality: Enjoy the fruits of your labor accompanied by a glass of local wine, choosing between a fresh white or a red from the province of Trapani, in an atmosphere of sharing and relaxation.
