Your experience begins with a hotel pick-up by our friendly driver. You will travel through Zanzibar’s green villages to a local Spice Farm, where your guide will welcome you for a relaxing walking tour. As you walk through the farm, you will see how spices, herbs, and fruits grow in their natural environment. You can touch, smell, and taste fresh spices like cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, nutmeg, turmeric, and many tropical fruits.

During the tour, you will learn how local people use these spices for cooking, medicine, and natural cosmetics. You will enjoy a spice tasting session, watch a coconut-tree climber demonstrate his skills, and visit the small herbal house where natural oils and handmade products are displayed. There will be time to take photos and ask questions as you explore the peaceful farm.

After the farm, your driver will take you to the famous The Rock Restaurant, standing on a rock in the middle of the ocean. You will enjoy free time to take beautiful photos and enjoy the relaxing sea views. You may choose to have lunch inside the restaurant at your own cost. After your visit, our driver will take you back to your hotel for drop-off, completing your experience.
