Your day starts with a comfortable hotel pick-up by our professional driver, who will take you to the meeting point in Stone Town. From there, you will board a traditional dhow boat and begin a beautiful 30-minute sail across the clear blue waters to Prison Island, also known as Changuu Island.

On Prison Island, you will explore the old historical prison ruins built during the British colonial time and learn about its interesting history. You will also visit the famous giant tortoise sanctuary, where you can see and take photos with the Aldabra tortoises, some of which are more than 200 years old, along with peacocks and other small island wildlife.

After that, you will continue your journey by boat to the beautiful Nakupenda Sandbank. Here, you can enjoy swimming in crystal-clear water, relaxing on the white sand, sunbathing, and snorkeling while discovering colorful marine life in a peaceful ocean paradise.

Later, you will enjoy a delicious seafood BBQ lunch with fresh tropical fruits and soft drinks served on the sandbank. After a relaxing and unforgettable experience, you will sail back to Stone Town, and our driver will transfer you safely back to your hotel, marking the end of your wonderful day tour.
