Spot the unique red colobus monkeys, known for their friendly nature and distinctive appearance. Learn about their diet, which consists only of green and young fruits and vegetables. Keep an eye out for other forest species like the dik-dik, elephant shrew, and chameleons.

Next, visit the mangroves area and learn how these vital ecosystems are grown and maintained.

Continue to the Zanzibar Butterfly Centre, a community project aimed at protecting endangered species of butterflies. Set in 5000 sq/ft of beautiful gardens, the center offers the opportunity to see butterflies up close, feed them, and learn about their fascinating life cycle.
