What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- This ticket is valid in all markets for a single transaction only. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Onsen and spa treatment vouchers must be redeemed together in a single visit and cannot be separated.
- Customers must inform the spa reception of any medical conditions upon arrival.
- Onsen facilities are not allowed for customers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, cancer, skin infections, pregnancy, menstruation, recent surgery (under 1 month), or body temperature above 37.5 degree C.
- Spa treatments are not allowed for customers with cancer, skin infections, bone-related issues, or surgery within the past month. Treatments are recommended for guests aged 15 and above.
- Children under 10 may only enter if accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Children over 4 must be accompanied by a same-gender parent or guardian when using Onsen facilities.
- After massages or body treatments (e.g., aromatherapy, scrubs, facials), guests are not permitted to use Onsen facilities to avoid mineral water contamination.
- The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the facilities.
- Yunomori Onsen & Spa reserves the right to update terms, revoke vouchers, or refuse service to guests displaying aggressive or inappropriate behavior.
