What is wine yoga?
Imagine your favorite glass of wine meeting the downward-facing dog – and the two getting along splendidly. Wine yoga is exactly that: a charmingly chaotic mix of movement, enjoyment, and lots of fun. Instead of pressure to perform, there are relaxed flows; instead of a water break, there is a wine break.
