    You will be welcomed on the rooftops of Rome with coffee or tea, and you will have access to a lounge area where you can store your shoes, as well as a bathroom. In the kitchen, a chef and I, Bruno, will be on hand to guide you on a unique rooftop with both sun and shade, where a view of the city will accompany you throughout the entire experience. We will practice together, and afterward, we will enjoy drinks and cold tastings of raw-food products and dried flowers.

  • On our rooftop terrace on the top floor of a historic building on Via di Ripetta, with a view of the whole of Rome and, in particular, the Pincian Hill and Villa Medici, we will lay out our mats and practice yoga. Afterward, we will enjoy a raw-food aperitif featuring our creative menu, the result of sourcing the finest local ingredients and the expertise of a chef and farmer. The class will be open, collaborative, and guided. The yoga we love is flow yoga, which incorporates movements and twists inspired by sports such as tennis, golf, and rugby.
