The Conscious Ascent (Climb to the Peak)
The adventure begins at dawn, following a breathtaking trail in one of our exclusive settings, such as the imposing Pedra da Gávea, the majestic Pedra Bonita, the iconic Dois Irmãos, the gentle trail of Pedra do Pontal, or the serene refuge of Mirante Caeté (Prainha). More than reaching the top, we value every step, encouraging a mindful walk connected to the surrounding nature.
The Expansion at the Top of the World.
When you reach the summit, you'll have a breathtaking panoramic view. Here, a revitalizing yoga class will be held, harmonizing postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama). This practice is open to all levels and aims to stretch the body, after or during the ascent, calming the mind and opening the heart.
The Bath of Serenity.
You'll be enveloped by the deep, therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath (sound healing). With instruments like Tibetan bowls, bells, tuning forks, and a native flute, the sound waves will help you reach a deep meditative state, dissolving tensions and restoring your energy field. It's a subtle massage for the soul.
To top off this experience, we'll celebrate with a plant-based picnic featuring fresh, natural foods. It's time to socialize, share, and nourish your body with tasty, energizing foods while enjoying the view and the company.
