You will enjoy exclusive yoga and meditation sessions in front of the Cantabrian Sea at Berria beach in Santoña, designed under the own method of Zentro Equilibra to connect with nature in its most magical moments. During the hour of the activity we will carry out the following steps in a guided way: Reception and contact. We will meet in the parking lot of the entrance of Camping Playa de Berria next to the Pasiona2 Surf School to go down to the sand together. Mindful breathing. We will start the session with a grounding on the sand synchronizing breathing with the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. Fluent yoga practice. We will carry out a sequence of postures adapted to the level of the attendees, focused on stretching the body, gaining mobility and releasing muscle tensions. Oceanfront Meditation – we will conclude with the experience with a deep relaxation and guided meditation taking advantage of the unique energy of sunrise or sunset over the Cantabrian. Note: we hold the session directly on the sand so you only need to bring a beach towel.
