Yoga in the Vineyard + Wine Tasting is an experience designed to nourish the body, mind, and senses. During the Hatha Yoga class, I will guide you through a comprehensive and mindful journey:
• Asanas, to awaken your body harmoniously and ground yourself to the earth beneath your feet.
• Pranayama, to expand your life energy and create inner space.
• Meditation, to cultivate presence and deep listening.
• An in-depth look at the philosophy of yoga to understand how to bring balance and mindfulness into your daily life. The practice will also be inspired by the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, which teaches us to live in harmony with nature's rhythms. We will work in harmony with the seasons, choosing movements, breathing patterns, and energies appropriate to the time of year: more dynamic and energetic during periods of growth, more slow and introspective during the harvest and reflection phases. Just as the vine follows the cycles of nature, we too can learn to listen to our own inner rhythms. An encounter of grounding and lightness, of tradition and presence. An experience to be enjoyed with all the senses.
In the event of rain, the yoga class and the walk in the vineyard will be canceled, and only the cellar visit with tasting will take place. In this case, you will be fully refunded if the entire experience is canceled. MINIMUM 4 PEOPLE. FOR GROUPS OF FEWER THAN 4, A SURCHARGE OF €6 PER PERSON WILL BE APPLIED.
