Day 5: Trek from Dong-Kang to Beding 3693m (6-7 hrs.) Day 6: Trek Beding to Na Village 4200m (5 hrs.) Day 7: Rest in Na Village and acclimatization walk. Day 8: Trek from Na Village to Yalung Ri Base camp 4500m. Day 9: Yalung Ri Base camp 4500m to Na Village Day 10: Trek from Na village to Kyalche. Day 11: Trek from Kyalche to Jagat Day 12: Drive from Jagat to Kathmandu Valley Day 13: Departure Day
