Visit a working studio to see traditional puppets up close and learn about carving, coloring, and assembly techniques. Discover the symbolism behind character roles and costume designs.

Hands-On Puppet Making: Under the guidance of a master artisan, paint and complete your own shadow puppet. You will: Add color to traditional patterns; Learn about symbolic color meanings; Assemble movable joints. Your finished puppet becomes a unique souvenir to take home.

Live Shadow Puppet Performance & Training: Watch a short traditional shadow puppet performance and experience how light, music, and storytelling come together behind the screen.
