What you can expect

Our tour guide and driver will meet you at your downtown hotel in the morning. Your adventure will begin with the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Known as “the Eighth Wonder of the World” and one of the most significant archaeological discoveries in the 20th century, the museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture.

After lunch at a local restaurant, continue drive to the Famen Temple which is situated at Famen Town, 10 km north of Fufeng County in Baoji City, and 118 km west of Xian. It is a famous Buddhist temple which holds the genuine relics of Gautama Buddha (Sakyamuni). Patronized by 8 emperors in the Tang Dynasty, this temple has become one of the four most sacred Buddhist sanctuaries in China.
