During this 3-4 hours unique cooking workshop, you'll be taken into an authentic local spice market to explore it with fun challenges to complete and learn different species of Chinese spices and ingredients that will be used in the following cooking class. The class will be carried out in a traditional Chinese Courtyard. You'll be treated with local tea as it's local's custom to treat friends and visitors. After that, you then will be guided to start the cooking process by a professional chef. Finally, you can enjoy the dishes made by yourself along with some beers or beverages. Experience Flow：
Local Spice Market Visit(about 1 hour): Your guide will take you into an appealing local market to explore it and you’ll find or obtain some necessary ingredients or spices that will be used in the cooking class afterwards.
The Cooking Process(about 2 hours): After finishing the spice market, you’ll ramble through back streets to the cooking class place, a hidden gem-a traditional courtyard. When you arrive there, you can have a break with local tea. After that, you’ll start the cooking process which will be guided by a professional chef.
