What you can expect

The history of the winery and the various stages of grape processing in the different production rooms will be explained. The different types of aging will be explained and a visit to the historic vinsantaia (wine cellar) will be included. At the end of the visit, there will be a guided tasting of 3 wines (1 IGT, 1 Chianti Rufina DOCG, 1 Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG). The tasting will be accompanied by a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses prepared just before. During the tasting, our EVO oil will be served to complete the experience.
