Upon arrival, your host will welcome you with a traditional local drink. The tasting then begins as the first wine is poured. A professional sommelier will guide you through the proper way of tasting wine, explaining the origin, flavor profile, brand, and quality of each selection. This continues throughout all three tasting rounds.
