The tasting begins in the cellar with a fresh and fruity white wine and continues among the Vermentino vineyards to enjoy the last rays of the sun and the breathtaking landscape.

Walking through the vineyards waiting for the sunset is a magical experience that combines the beauty of the landscape with the tranquility of nature: here time seems to stop and the warm colors of the setting sun paint the rows of vines with golden and orange shades. In this idyllic setting the tasting of Sicilian gastronomic specialties continues accompanied by the Maison's wines.
