We begin with a comprehensive land-based training session. You'll learn about the windsurfing equipment, including how to handle the sail and board. Your instructor will demonstrate basic techniques, such as how to stand on the board, hold the sail, and maintain balance. You'll practice these techniques on land to get comfortable before heading to the water. After mastering the basics on land, it's time to hit the water. We'll head to the calm, flat waters of Spanish Waters, perfect for beginners. Your instructor will be by your side, offering personalized guidance as you transition to the water. You'll learn how to get on the board, lift the sail, and start windsurfing. Our instructor will teach you essential skills like steering, turning, and controlling your speed. For added safety and support, we have a boat available to assist you during the lesson.
