If you determine that you are unfit to go on the scenic flight and notify us before 24 hours of the scenic flight departure time we will be able to provide a change a date or refund.
- We will try our best at accommodating passengers seating requests, however, passengers within the same booking group may not be seated together due to weight and balances of the aircraft to ensure the safety of flight operation.

- You will receive a confirmation email after your booking. Please note a confirmation email is a notification that we have received your booking but it can be subject to change due to weather, weight and balance of our aircraft, minimum passenger requirements and opeartional requirements.

- Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn
- Where complimentary shuttle bus transfers are offered, passengers are responsible for being ready at the designated pickup location and time provided. If a passenger misses their scheduled shuttle bus pickup for any reason and must make their own way to the airport or departure point, all associated transport costs will be the passenger's responsibility. No reimbursement, refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for alternative transport arrangements.
- We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including flight cancellations, weather disruptions, travel delays, medical issues, and other events that may affect travel plans.
- The operator accepts no responsibility for missed tours, cruises, flights, accommodation bookings, transfers, or other travel arrangements resulting from delays, rescheduling, cancellations, or changes to any of our products or services. Passengers should allow adequate time between bookings and avoid scheduling tight connections.
