A guide holding a signboard will be waiting for you in the airport arrival lobby. We provide 24-hour pickup service according to your arrival time. If you arrive during the day, you will enjoy a city tour before being transferred to your hotel. (Depending on your arrival time, the city tour may be moved to Day 2.) We will inform you of the schedule for the wildlife preserve and the hot springs the day before the activity.

On this tour, you will join an English-guided tour within the preserve and have the chance to encounter animals rarely seen in Japan, such as bison, moose, reindeer, and mountain goats. The bus will stop at spots where the animals can be seen clearly, allowing you to get off and take photos from behind the fence. At the reception area located in the parking lot, you can also purchase souvenirs that are available only at the Wildlife Preserve—perfect for commemorating your visit. Transportation from your hotel is provided by our company, so there is no need to arrange a taxi or any other transportation on your own. Please feel free to join us with confidence.
