What you can expect

The world of Harry Potter awaits. Explore the extravagant sets and props that helped bring the magic to life in the Warner Bros. films at the studio where Hogwarts and Diagon Alley were created for the big screen. Step into the Great Hall, practice your favorite spells, and learn special effects secrets as you plunge into the realm of witchcraft and wizardry.

Your adventure begins as you pass through the grand doors of the Great Hall. See actual costumes worn by the actors, and then imagine the Sorting Hat placing you in your prophesied house—Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, or Slytherin. Play out your favorite scenes in authentic sets, including the Gryffindor common room, Diagon Alley, and Dumbledore's office.

Uncover the secrets and techniques the talented special effects team used to create the enchantment of Harry's invisibility cloak and the Chamber of Secrets. Outdoors, admire the eccentricity of the truly unique Knight Bus, catch a ride on Hagrid's motorbike, or take a turn in the famous flying Ford Anglia before sampling a pint of Hogsmeade's most popular drink—butterbeer.

Dark Arts : 12th September - 9th November

Back by popular demand is Dark Arts, the Studio Tour’s eerie Hallowe’en feature. The magnificent Great Hall will have over 100 pumpkins magically floating above the Hogwarts house tables, dressed with a Hallowe’en feast of lollipops and red apples. Dementors and Death Eaters will appear throughout the Studio Tour and the legacy of the ghosts of Hogwarts lives on as their costumes will be on display.

Hogwarts in the Snow : 15th November - 18th January

The beloved Hogwarts in the Snow feature will return for the festive season. The spectacular Great Hall will be transformed into scenes from the Yule Ball as seen in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The Gryffindor common room, Forbidden Forest and Diagon Alley will be dressed for Christmas and the Hogwarts castle model will be coated in snow using the same technique used in the Harry Potter film series.
