Live a unique experience among our olive groves and enjoy the gastronomy and corners of Oliete. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the project to recover centuries-old olive trees and learn about the properties and categories of our extra virgin olive oil (Best DOP Bajo Aragón oil in 2020, 2022 and 2024).

We are a supportive, social and sustainable rural development project. The proceeds from these visits go to the project to recover barren olive trees in Oliete.

This allows us to do such extraordinary things as generate employment, establish population in rural areas and keep basic services such as schools open.

Live a unique experience among our olive groves and enjoy the gastronomy and corners of Oliete. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the centenary olive recovery project and learn about the properties and categories of our extra virgin olive oil. During the experience you will enjoy: Visit to the olive grove: Learn about the recovery process of an abandoned olive tree in Oliete, its characteristics and all aspects related to the collection. Visit to our mill: Learn about the process of grinding the olive in our mill, as well as the elements that intervene to achieve an EVOO of excellent quality. Oil Tasting: Delve into the world of olive oil tasting, its characteristics and qualities with the tasting of 2 oils. Product Tasting: Tasting of our vegetables roasted in olive wood pruning and preserved in our olive oil. Includes one toast with our preserves + one drink per participant (not included with free admission for children under 5 years).
