Il Tempo is a journey through the memory, roots and history of our family.

The visit takes place in Baratili San Pietro, in the historic cellar where it all began in the early 1950s with Vernaccia di Oristano. Here time passes slowly among centuries-old Sardinian chestnut barrels, soft light, silence and ancient scents.

During the route, you will visit the historic cellar, the barrel room where Vernaccia di Oristano rests according to tradition, and the bottling area.

The tasting is dedicated to three historic vintages of Vernaccia di Oristano DOC Riserva, selected to tell the story of the evolution of time in the glass:
