Guided tour through the structure, passing by the vineyards, the cellar and
from the barricaia, telling the story of Doc Bolgheri and how the
Di Vaira family becomes part of it. Talking about the various processes and
of the processes that lead from the vineyard to our bottles.
Afterwards the tasting will be held in our air-conditioned room
view vineyards with three different red wine labels, all of our production:

• “Caccia al Palazzo” Bolgheri Doc Rosso
• “Bolgherese” Bolgheri Superiore Rosso
• “Bolgherese” Bolgheri Superiore Rosso (different year)

In combination with a selection of Tuscan pecorino cheese and water.
