After welcoming you to the courtyard of our 17th-century farmhouse, we'll set off to discover the vineyards, where we'll explain our philosophy in the field and the various cultivation techniques. We will walk to the centuries-old mulberry tree, the symbol of our farm. You will experience an immersion in the world of wine to understand what lies behind a bunch of grapes. This will be followed by an explanation of the winemaking process, with a tasting of 3 wines paired with excellent local products. (Bread, cheese, sausage, Garda oil). With advance notice, we can change the pairings if you have allergies or special diets.
