After welcoming you to the courtyard of our 17th-century farmhouse, we will set off to explore the vineyards, where we will explain our philosophy in the vineyard and the various cultivation techniques we use. We will walk to the centuries-old mulberry tree, the symbol of our winery. You will be immersed in the world of winemaking to understand what lies behind a bunch of grapes. This will be followed by an explanation of the winemaking process and a tasting of 3 wines paired with excellent local products. (Bread, cheese, cured meats, Garda olive oil.) If you let us know in advance, we can change the pairings in case of allergies or special dietary requirements.
