This visit is the best way to learn about the complex and wonderful world of olive oil in an olive mill (Almazara) located in the middle of the famous “sea of olive trees”. In addition to a guided tour of the mill, a tasting of EVOO to learn to distinguish the nuances and characteristics of the different varieties of the “liquid gold”. An unforgettable experience to soak up the history, culture and gastronomy of this wonderful land.

During the activity we will visit the olive mill El Alcazar, one of the largest in Andalusia and famous for having one of the best olive oils in the world.

We will taste the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and learn how to differentiate the varieties and how to distinguish an extra virgin olive oil from a non-extra virgin olive oil.
