PART II: Learn how to taste champagne as an expert through a three-step approach: Eye, Nose, and Mouth and associated sommelier gestures. To respect the progression of styles and avoid saturation of the palate, 3 Cuvées will be to choose with your companion (couple) or your group among 5 Cuvées of the range: Sun D'eden, Floresian Zest, Baies d'Alizés, Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs.
