Discover the sea off Villasimius from a completely different perspective on a guided kayaking excursion in the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area.
The experience starts from Cava Usai, a small bay characterized by its granite rocks and transparent waters. After a short introduction to kayaking and safety rules, we'll start paddling along the coast toward Cavoli Island.
Along the route, you can admire the landscape of Capo Carbonara directly from the sea, paddle through crystal-clear waters and discover some of the most evocative spots on the Villasimius coast.
We'll reach a small hidden cove, where we'll stop for a break away from the busier beaches. Here you will have time to relax, swim and explore the seabed with the mask and snorkel provided on the tour.
We will then resume kayaking to enjoy the return route. If time and sea conditions allow, we will also head to the waters below the Tower of Porto Giunco, one of the symbols of Villasimius, for a short stop before returning to the starting point.
You don't need to be an expert kayaker: before departure, you will receive all the necessary instructions to undertake the excursion safely.
Groups are deliberately small, with a maximum of 11 participants, to provide a more relaxed and intimate experience.
Single and double kayaks are available, along with all the gear needed for the excursion.
An easy, active and environmentally friendly way to experience the sea around Villasimius away from the crowds and get a closer look at Isola dei Cavoli and the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area.
