After that, we’ll leave the city behind and head to my peaceful village, where I’ll welcome you into my family home for an immersive cooking masterclass. You’ll learn the step-by-step secrets of making authentic Plov and a few other local dishes, all in a warm, friendly, family-style atmosphere. Along the way, you’ll experience real village life, enjoy great conversations, and—of course—taste the delicious dishes you’ve created with your own hands.
