What you can expect

  • Travel back in time and visualize the days of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. With period costumes and wigs, this performance at some of the most magnificent halls in Vienna transports you to the memorable Baroque era. Considered one of Vienna’s most popular programs, this experience is not to be missed.

Immerse yourself in a classic and dramatic bygone time. As you step into one of Vienna's most prominent concert halls, a different world is revealed. Let the music drench your senses; listen to talented musicians and singers of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra re-creating “The Magic Flute” or “The Marriage of Figaro.”

The performance pieces range from single movements to symphonies, operatic overtures, and duets, giving you a glimpse of what a classic concert in Mozart's time was really like. After experiencing this performance, you can understand why Patricia Schulz lists it in her book “1,000 Places to See Before You Die.”
