In that situation, please also look for the green umbrella, which will clearly mark the new meeting location. If you are arriving by metro, take the U4 line and exit at “Schönbrunn” station. From there, follow the signs leading to the palace; it is only a short walk to the meeting point. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your tour and to allow enough time to locate your guide without stress.
