Let Charlotte, a specialist chocologist certified in chocolate tasting, guide you through this 90-minute workshop in the heart of Versailles.

First, you will discover the fascinating world of cocoa, from its harvest to its transformation into chocolate, and learn what gives a good chocolate its subtlety and aromas.
