Begin your morning with a Vinyasa yoga session led by an English-speaking instructor. Finish with a brief pranayama and relaxation session. After a refreshing snack, discover the secrets of handmade pasta with a chef.

Prepare a traditional torta d’erbi, a typical veggie quiche, and relax with a coffee while your creations are being cooked. Watch as the chef shows you how to make the sauce for pasta in the traditional mortar.

Then, enjoy your own dishes during an unforgettable cliffside lunch on the terrace, overlooking the sea and paired with Italian kombucha.
