Canoe-kayak rafting is the most athletic version of whitewater sports.
As with rafting, the boat is inflatable. However, you are alone (or with a partner) on board to ensure steering, propulsion and balance.
From their own boat, the guide shows you the way to go and ensures your safety.
Some previous experience in canoeing or kayaking is required, even if it was only on a lake.
The route lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
