Experiene a unique cooking class in Venice featuring fresh produce from a family owned private farm, paired with the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local markets.
Hosted by Savor Italy Tours in a beautiful venue a stone throw away from Saint Mark s square, this is not just a cooking lesson—it is a closed-loop culinary journey held inside a stunning 12th-century historic venue.
Unlike other experiences that rely on general market wholesalers, we pride ourselves on a true “zero-mile” philosophy. The primary produce used during the experience is sourced and produced directly from the private family farm in the Venetian countryside, ensuring a level of freshness and exclusivity that is unique to this experience
The Venue Step inside a rare architectural gem: a 12th-century structure that predates most Venetian palaces. Meticulously restored, this venue blends ancient history with sophisticated modern design, providing an inspiring atmosphere just steps from St. Mark's Square.
During this hands on cooking class, you will learn the architecture of the perfect meal. We are proud to offer this technical instruction in French, Spanish, Japanese, and English, ensuring the nuances of Venetian cuisine are accessible to a global audience.
Hand-Made Pasta: Master the tactile secrets of kneading and shaping fresh dough using our farm-fresh eggs to create the perfect textured pasta
