The Scroa Valley is a classic Pre-Alpine gorge hidden in the valley system of the famous Brent dell'Art, in the picturesque Belluno Pre-Alps. In this hidden corner with its winding paths, jumps and natural slides, you can let yourself go as you progress and enjoy an authentic experience immersed in nature.
We will meet at the meeting point in Borgovalbelluna, where our canyoning guide will be waiting for us and will provide us with the gear (included) necessary for the experience.
After getting kitted out and a short transfer, we'll start our downhill approach on foot, which takes about 5 minutes, to reach the starting point of the route. Before entering the canyon, the guide will hold a theoretical and practical briefing to explain the basics of the progression.
We will proceed by tackling some simple obstacles, under the constant supervision of the guide: a few abseils of between 3 and 8 meters will precede one of the most beautiful natural waterslides in the Belluno area; in the second part, the route will continue with a 12-meter abseil and a series of jumps.
The obstacles can be bypassed or made easier to allow each participant to enjoy the adventure with maximum peace of mind and safety. The route will be 500 meters long and can be completed in about two hours. We will return to the meeting point with a walk along a trail of about 20 minutes.
The total duration of the activity will be 3.5 hours, including briefings, transfers and progression.
No worries: with our gear and our warm two-piece neoprene wetsuits, the cold will be nothing but a distant memory.
We are located just a stone's throw from the San Boldo Pass, the famous “Road of the Hundred Days”, which can be reached in just 30 minutes from the motorway exit, from both the Treviso and Belluno sides.
An experience that is not too difficult, allowing you to test yourself on various obstacles, including some descents on your own.
