Val di Botte is a real treasure nestled in the valley system of the famous Brand dell'Art, in the picturesque Belluno Prealps. An easy and fun excursion, with small descents, natural slides, and refreshing dives: perfect for families with children or for those who want to try this spectacular activity for the first time, in total lightheartedness.
We'll meet at the meeting point in Borgovalbelluna, where our canyoning guide will be waiting for us to hand over the equipment (included) needed for the experience.
After getting dressed and a short transfer, we'll start our 15-minute walk downhill to reach the starting point of the route. Before entering the canyon, the guide will give a theoretical and practical briefing to explain the basics for progression.
We'll tackle a few simple obstacles, under the guide's constant supervision: a 7-meter abseil, three dives (one from 6 meters and two from 3 meters), and a couple of toboggans (natural slides) of 4 and 6 meters.
Obstacles can be bypassed or simplified to allow each participant to enjoy the adventure with complete peace of mind and safety. The route is 500 meters long and can be completed in about an hour and a half. We'll head back to the meeting point with a 20-minute walk along the trail.
The activity will last a total of 2.5 hours, including briefings, travel, and progression.
No worries: with our gear and our warm two-piece wetsuits, the cold will be a distant memory.
We're just a stone's throw from the San Boldo Pass, the famous “Road of a Hundred Days,” which you can reach in just 30 minutes from the highway exit, both from the Treviso and Belluno sides.
A real natural playground, not too demanding, that will give you moments of leisure, fun, and a bit of adrenaline. At the end of the day, you'll receive a link to download HD-quality videos and photos of the excursion.
