Day 1:
Our accredited guide will meet you at your hotel and accompany you to the old city explaining you the sightseeing for the day.

10:00 am - 01:00 pm Explore the hidden markets in the old city like Paan (betel leaf), spice, toys, and flowers. Walking through the narrow alleys of these markets with a variety of smell and vision gives a phenomenal experience to the Guest.

01:00 pm - 02:30 pm Lunch break

02:30 pm - 05:00 pm Visit the Banaras Hindu University, Durga Temple, and the weaver's district. Learn the dying art of silk weaving.

05:00 pm - 07:30 pm Go for an evening boat ride by the sunset and witness the activities by the riverside. Watch the cremations at Manikarnika Ghat from the boat. Finally, stop at Dasashwamedh Ghat to enjoy the Ganga Aarti ceremony from your private boat.

Day 2:
05:30 am - 08:30 am Boat ride at dawn along the Ganges is a quintessential Varanasi experience. Visit the river at sunrise, when its banks are alive with the multitude of worshipers who come to immerse themselves honoring life’s milestones as they face the rising sun.

People talking bath, performing rituals, practicing yoga and meditation, worshiping the rising Sun… it all happens.

After the boat ride, go for a walking tour in the old city walking through the alley ways that leads to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

One of the most important Shiva temples with more than 850 kilograms of real gold on the top. Your tour guide will explain the significance and share stories about heritage of the temple.

You can always ask your guide to take you at a popular street food joint where you can explore traditional local breakfast along with a cup of masala chai (tea).

08:30 am - 10:30 am Return to the hotel for breakfast & some rest.

10:30 am - 01:30 pm Visit the buried site of Sarnath where Lord Buddha preached his First Sermon. Walk around the beautiful garden and see the ruins of different monasteries and temples. Visit the main temple, excavated ruins & the archaeological museum (museum remains closed on Fridays).

01:30 pm - 04:00 pm Lunch break.
Return to your hotel for a short rest or to freshen up before heading out for the evening experience. This break allows you to relax and recharge after the day’s sightseeing before the Street food tour.

04:00 pm - 07:00 pm Flavors of Varanasi tour. Banaras offers you the best of history coupled with the best in cuisine as well. The streets have a wide range of eateries all offering delectably scrumptious food that is sure to suit every traveler’s appetite. We take you to 5-6 food joints which are very popular with the locals & offer you a wide variety of food & beverages. Return back to your hotel after the food tour.
