Begin your day with a relaxed hotel pickup before traveling through lush countryside to the coast. From here, enjoy a scenic journey combining road and boat transfers, passing quiet villages and turquoise waters as you make your way toward Moso Island. The short boat ride offers your first glimpse of the island’s pristine lagoon and palm-fringed shoreline.
On arrival, be warmly welcomed by the Moso Dream Tours staff with traditional flower leis, setting the tone for a day of genuine connection and hospitality. Take part in a guided village walk, where you’ll learn about local customs, daily life, and the deep cultural ties the community has with the ocean and land.
After morning refreshments of tea or coffee with fresh tropical fruits, continue your adventure with a visit to the spectacular Moso Blue Cave (weather and tide permitting). This natural wonder is a true highlight, offering a glimpse into the island’s unique coastal landscape. If the weather or tide prevents you going into the Blue cave, then a full refund will be applied to the guests.
The day then turns to the water. Head out by boat to explore vibrant coral reefs during a guided snorkeling experience, where you’ll discover colorful fish and diverse marine life in clear, calm waters suitable for all experience levels.
Back on land, enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch at Sunae Village, freshly prepared and served in a relaxed island setting. After lunch, there’s time to snorkel directly from the beach, where you may encounter giant clams, tropical fish, and enjoy a fun fish-feeding experience in the shallow lagoon.
In the afternoon, slow the pace with tea or coffee and take part in traditional cultural activities, including coconut demonstrations and mat weaving, offering insight into everyday island life and skills passed down through generations.
As the day draws to a close, depart Moso Island in the late afternoon and enjoy a peaceful journey back to Port Vila, arriving with unforgettable memories of crystal-clear waters, warm hospitality, and authentic island culture.
