What you can expect

You'll have a unique experience: you'll discover the ingredients of real Apulian cuisine and the secrets of cooking in a typical wood-fire oven. Each step is a journey through flavor and tradition. Book your cooking class now and become a real Apulian chef, then taste your creations in a convivial atmosphere.

The 5-hour Apulian cooking lesson allows you to immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of the region. During the course, you will prepare and taste typical dishes, with vegetarian options available upon request. Dinner will preferably be outdoors, in the vineyard, and accompanied by a selection of 5 wines, including whites, rosés, and reds from our farm.
