The 5-hour Apulian cooking lesson allows you to immerse yourself in the region's authentic flavors. During the class, you will prepare and taste traditional dishes, with vegetarian options available upon request. Dinner will preferably be enjoyed outdoors, in the vineyard, and will be accompanied by a selection of 5 wines, including whites, rosés, and reds from our farm.
