Meet Ryan Vu, your Vietnamese-Australian coffee guide who mastered his craft in Brisbane before returning to enrich Vietnam's coffee scene. He’ll introduce coffee omakase, a four-course journey through Vietnam’s coffee culture, blending tradition and modernity.

Coffee Tasting & Hands-On Workshop (60 min):

While tasting, get practical as you learn to make Cà Phê Đen, Cà Phê Sữa Đá, Bac Siu, and Egg Coffee, customizing them to your taste with expert tips.

In just 90 minutes, you'll try and have a hands-on experience of 4 different Vietnam's coffee classics —from robust Cà Phê Đen to creamy Cà Phê Sữa Đá and Bac Siu to indulgent Egg Coffee. As you savour each cup, Ryan will unveil Vietnamese coffee's rich history and culture. After delighting your taste buds, you’ll join a hands-on workshop to craft four quintessential Vietnamese coffees, exploring their subtle yet distinct nuances and learning to truly appreciate each one.
