The tour begins by welcoming guests to the large yard where the company's olives and those from other sources are received. We then move on to a description of the processing stages, starting with the washing section and then moving on to pressing. From the explanation of why we put the product through blast chilling to the kneading phase, ending with the description of the first centrifugal extraction up to the final vertical extraction, all with a view to giving the customer an immersive experience as if they were directing the processing themselves. We will then move on to a description of the waste recovery and reuse processes. The visit continues with an explanation of how to store a quality oil and how different oils are combined to generate an excellent premium product. We will visit the packaging and logistics area.
