Explore the City of Lakes with a comfortable vehicle, visit Udaipur’s most iconic attractions, and end your day by learning to cook traditional Rajasthani dishes with a local host.
Your journey begins with a guided sightseeing tour through the heart of Udaipur. Visit the magnificent City Palace, one of Rajasthan’s most beautiful royal residences, offering breathtaking views over Lake Pichola. Continue to the famous Jagdish Temple, a centuries-old Hindu temple known for its intricate carvings and peaceful spiritual atmosphere.
Enjoy scenic stops at the city’s most photogenic lake viewpoints, including Lake Pichola and Fateh Sagar Lake, where you can relax and soak in the views. You’ll also visit Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of the Maidens), a charming royal garden with fountains, lotus pools, and green landscapes. Depending on time, enjoy a short visit to local bazaars such as Hathi Pol / Bada Bazaar, perfect for shopping handmade souvenirs, traditional artwork, and local crafts.
After discovering the highlights of Udaipur, it’s time for the second part of your experience — a hands-on cooking class. Meet your friendly local host/chef and learn about Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods. Under expert guidance, you will prepare a selection of authentic Rajasthani dishes such as seasonal curries, lentils, rice, chapati/paratha, and more. Then sit down together and enjoy the delicious meal you cooked.
This tour is perfect for travelers who want to experience both the royal charm of Udaipur and the warm hospitality of Indian home cooking — all in one day.
