Here, you can observe the monkeys in their natural habitat and discover the deep spiritual connection between the sanctuary and local Balinese culture.

Next, immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Bali's countryside at the spectacular, UNESCO-listed Tegallalang Rice Terrace. You can walk through the emerald-green fields, learn about the ancient Subak irrigation system directly from local farmers, or try thrilling optional adventures like the famous jungle swing and high-flying ziplines.

After exploring the terraces, discover the hidden gem of Ulu Petanu Waterfall. A short, easy walk of just 90 steps leads you to this peaceful oasis, where you are greeted by lush tropical trees and crystal-clear water. It is the perfect spot for a refreshing swim surrounded by pristine nature.

Following your swim, stop at a scenic local restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch overlooking the stunning rice fields. You can satisfy your appetite with your choice of traditional Balinese specialties or classic Indonesian dishes.

Afterward, visit the majestic Tirta Empul Holy Water Temple to explore its beautiful grounds and appreciate Bali's rich spiritual heritage. If you wish, you can participate in a traditional purification ritual inside the holy spring water pools used by Balinese Hindus.
